Dr. iur. Markus H. Wanger

(1955), legal studies in Innsbruck, Austria, obtained Dr. iuris in 1981. He founded WANGER Advokatur in 1987.

Markus Wanger is admitted in Liechtenstein, Vorarlberg (Austria), Frankfurt (Germany) and  Brussels (Belgium). He is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sports, CAS, Lausanne and Member of STEP (TEP).

He was Judge at the High Adminstrative Court, Liechtenstein, is member of the board of examination for lawyers and was lecturer for liechtensteinisches Gesellschafts- und Steuerrecht at the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, Chur.

He specialises in international Commercial Law, Arbitration, Taxation, Trust and Family Office services as well as Intellectual Property Law.

Markus Wanger is author of various publications and a frequent lecturer at international seminars and symposiums. He is the founder of the publications "Abhandlungen und Kommentare zum liechtensteinischen und internationalen Recht". Some of his publications can be found under Download.

He is Managing Director of Wanger Trust Company Ltd. and inventor of the 3-D-Strukturalismus. Since 1994 he has been Honorary Consul of the Republic of Hungary in Liechtenstein.   

 

Dr. Vivien Gertsch

Dr. Vivien Gertsch studied law at the University of Salzburg, Austria where she also made her PHD. She has many years of working experience in Liechtenstein, always dealing with international and national (Swiss and Liechtenstein) tax law, company law, trusts and foundations, inheritance law, due diligence law and the like.

In Zurich she became a Swiss tax expert and is member of the Swiss professional association, “Schweizerische Treuhandkammer” and of IFA, the International Fiscal Association.

In Liechtenstein she passed professional exams as trustee and as auditor and is also member of the according professional associations.

2008 she became mediator. She still works and publishes on themes like tax and business law where here broad knowledge is very useful for clients and partners.

Together with Odile Fillacier and Markus Wanger she is member of the managing team. Besides working for her clients, she engages herself as a speaker on tax and business law matters and in our women desk.
